AI adoption doesn't become an organizational capability simply because more employees have access to AI. It becomes a capability when people know how to direct it, evaluate it, work with it together, and oversee its expanding role.
Level 1 Training
Level 1 sessions are approximately 3.5 hours and are capped at 50 participants per session. Up to two Level 1 sessions can be delivered in a single training day.
Level 2 & Level 3 Training
These sessions are more selective because participation is determined by workflow, systems, and oversight responsibility rather than organizational headcount. The objective isn't to move everyone through three levels of training. It's to develop capability where the work requires it.
