I really enjoyed [the workshop] and appreciated that the focus wasn't on prompts, but on changing how people think. As someone who trying to build AI products and workflows, I thought the "Dump → Loop → Do" framework is approachable and gives beginners a mental model they can actually remember. One thing that especially stood out was the opening icebreaker with the giraffe and elephant. It was a brilliant.

Coming from a User Experience and product background, I also appreciated that we spent as much time on judgment and evaluation as we did on prompting. That's the part many AI courses skip, yet it's what ultimately builds trust and adoption. Most organizations don't struggle because they lack prompts. They struggle because people don't yet have a reliable process for working with AI.
