DUMP IT
Start by getting everything out.
Your situation, your thoughts, your constraints, your goal. It does not need to be organized. In fact, it should not be.
Most people try to clean up their thinking before they use AI. That limits what the tool can do.
The goal here is simple: Give AI something real to work with.
LOOP IT
This is where the work actually happens.
Looping means you stay in the process with AI instead of stopping after the first response. You take what you get back, evaluate it, and improve it.
You clarify the goal. You adjust the context. You reshape the output. Most importantly, you test the output against a standard—is it clear, complete, accurate, and actionable?
