Train Your Team to Think Clearly with AI

The Structured Thinking Workshops are live, interactive trainings designed to help your team organize ideas, communicate more clearly, and make better decisions using AI as a thinking partner—not just a tool.  We move your team from foundational AI training to systems scale and governance in three half day events.

Trainings are not passive events. They are hands-on working sessions where your team actively applies what they are learning in real time.

What to Expect

During this session, your team will:

  • Work through guided, real-world scenarios

  • Learn and apply the Structured Thinking System step-by-step

  • Use AI to organize, refine, and act on their thinking

  • Practice with their own day-to-day challenges and situations

This balance of structured guidance and real application ensures the learning is immediately useful—not theoretical.

How it Works

Each session is designed to be engaging, practical, and easy to follow:

  • Guided Discovery: We introduce the system through structured examples and scenarios

  • Live Application: Participants apply the system using AI during the session

  • Real Work Integration: Time is built in for individuals to work through their own tasks, ideas, or challenges

Each session is taught in a half day format ( about 3 hours ).  We work with your team to determine the schedule and pace that works best for your organization.  A recommended adoption timeline is as follows:

Level One: Half Day Training Event(s)

  • Expected Outcome: Teams being using AI more consistently, intentionally, and effectively in real tasks.

  • Recommended application time before Level Two training: 3 - 4 weeks.

Level Two: Half Day Training Event(s)

  • Expected Outcome: Teams begin operationalizing AI into repeatable business workflows rather than isolated tasks.

  • Recommended application time before Level Three training: 6 - 8 weeks.

Level Three: Half Day Training Event(s)

  • Expected Outcome: Organizations begin building scalable AI-supported operational systems with stronger consistency, accountability. and long-term sustainability.

  • Maintaining quality and human oversight at scale

Your Team Will Gain:

A More Reliable Approach to AI-Assisted Work

Your team will learn how to use AI with greater structure, consistency, and intentionality—reducing random output quality and improving reliability across everyday work.

Stronger Evaluation and Decision-Making Habits

Teams learn how to evaluate AI-generated work instead of simply accepting first outputs. This includes identifying weak assumptions, communication risks, inconsistencies, and operational blind spots before action is taken.

Repeatable AI Workflows That Scale

Participants learn how to move from isolated AI usage to structured, repeatable workflows that improve consistency across communication, planning, execution, and problem-solving.

Improved Operational Communication

The Structured Thinking System™ helps teams organize thinking more clearly, refine messaging more effectively, and communicate with greater clarity across internal and external work.

Better Cross-Team Consistency

Teams develop shared thinking structures and evaluation habits that create more aligned execution across managers, departments, and workflows.

Reduced Friction and Rework

By improving structure, evaluation, and workflow clarity upfront, teams spend less time correcting weak outputs, redoing work, or resolving preventable communication breakdowns.

Greater Confidence Using AI in Real Work Environments

Instead of relying on trial-and-error prompting, teams build a practical framework for using AI inside real operational environments with stronger oversight and clearer human accountability.

A Foundation for Long-Term AI Adoption

Rather than teaching temporary tactics tied to a specific tool, the system helps organizations build operational AI literacy that can adapt as technology, workflows, and business needs evolve.
