The goal is not simply to give someone a governance checklist, but to develop a user whose evaluation behaviors become a natural part of AI interaction because they understand why those behaviors are necessary.

AI may have much of the internet, but it doesn’t have you. The value of service businesses, and usually entrepreneurs in general, has always been the knowledge, experience, and judgment learned over the years of the people behind the service. That’s the real value the client is paying for.

Making quality, intentional training available for the workforce is no longer a luxury we can afford to ignore. Asking members of your organization or team for all the “cool” workflows and systems without directly teaching them the stepping stones required to get there is not only unfair to them, it is also dangerous for your organization.
