As someone who trying to build AI products and workflows, I thought the "Dump → Loop → Do" framework is approachable and gives beginners a mental model they can actually remember. Do I need AI experience?
You should have at least some experience interacting with an AI platform, but you do not need advanced technical knowledge. The workshop focuses on professional application rather than technical AI development.
Is this a prompting workshop?
No. Prompting is part of working with AI, but it is only one part. The workshop focuses on the broader capability required to direct, evaluate, structure, integrate, and oversee AI in real work.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. No coding or programming experience is required.
What kind of work should I bring?
Choose something you understand well and that occurs repeatedly enough to benefit from a more intentional process. Examples might include reporting, research, project documentation, stakeholder communication, meeting follow-up, planning, analysis, or another recurring responsibility from your role. You can use sanitized or generalized information when company policies prevent the use of actual business data.
What if my company has strict rules about confidential and proprietary information?
That is excellent. Your company is acting responsibly. Bringing something in your real work does NOT mean exposing or putting confidential or proprietary company information at risk. Workflows can be mapped using sanitized, generalized, or non-sensitive examples, and participants should always follow their organization's policies regarding AI platforms, confidential information, customer data, and proprietary materials. The goal is to apply the framework to the structure of real work without requiring sensitive information to leave your organization's approved environment.
Will we build an automation?
The workshop teaches you how to determine whether a workflow is ready for automation and what would need to happen next. Building an automation is not the objective of the workshop.
